10-year-old Mario came for session to deal with frequent headaches. He regularly misses school due to strong pain accompanied by dizziness.
Extensive medical checkups of head, heart, nose and throat did not provide any insight. He saw a psychiatrist for an extended period of time, who could not resolve the issue either. Unlike some other children, Mario had a genuine desire to go to school.
During session, he brought the dizziness and headache to the surface, by visualizing himself in that situation. He saw himself lying in bed, feeling pressure on both sides of his head. Mario described the headache as a red pyramid.
When rewinding back through the Movie of his Life, he saw the pyramid at two years old. Asked to describe that moment, he said it was night, he was laying in bed, listened the wind, felt bored. He also felt his head getting hotter because of the red pyramid.
It turns out that the pyramid resembles boredom, which in turn is stress that leads to heat and pressure in his head. So from that moment on, when he was bored, heat and pressure led to dizziness and headaches. By disassembling the pyramid, we removed the cause of his issue.
Mario chose to fill the now empty space with a cool, blue feeling of security. Whenever he would sense stress, this new feeling would calm his thoughts and cool his mind. No heat, no pressure, no pain.
We made our way up the Time Bridge and could not find the pyramid anywhere else.
After cleaning up a few other things, he was told to visualize the installation of a simple connection between hand and head. Whenever heat and pressure would build up, he could push on his hand to release it.
Finally, he was given a blue wristband, to remind him of his cool, calming thoughts.
A few weeks later his mother reported that Mario had not experienced a single headache or dizziness after the session and was able to return to school.
