Once your child has located and now sees their bad feeling as an object, help them pull it out of their body in a fun way.

Good to know

This is a key moment where your child can free themselves of burdening feelings. It may require hard work on the part of your child and encouragement from you. If a feeling is persistent, you may need to help them out.

There are many ways to remove a bad feeling. As seen in the cartoon you can activate their magnet hand. Other ideas:

  • Open a door to their body and pull it out
  • Use a vacuum cleaner to pull it out
  • Use a pressure washer to wash it out

In very rare cases a feeling cannot be removed. Then you could see if there are other feelings connected to this persistent feeling and remove those first. Once those are gone, try it again. Alternatively give your child more time and try again at a later stage.

Getting it right

The key here is to make sure that the feeling seen as an object is completely gone. Have your child double check the gap with their Inner Eyes. Even if just little specks are still there, find a fun way to get rid of every last bit.

Once the bad feeling has been removed, continue to the next step.
